Having seen and admired a number of short films that you groms have produced from filming at UK ski slopes we have decided to run the first ever Grom film contest.

You have from now until December 14th 2008 to make your movie and have it on DVD ready to be shown at the Christmas Grom Camp at Rossendale ski centre where we will show the films at the club house after the camp.

Rules

1. Each film must be between 1 and 4 minutes long.
2. You can have as many people as you like in your team and parents and other adults are allowed to help.
3. Photos can also be included.
4. Each film must have at least 1 Grom camp logo in it.
5. You can use any music you like as long as there is no bad language in it!
6. It can be filmed at any slope or you can use footage from previous grom camps and events from around the UK.

There will be a judging panel who will decide the winning team on the 14th December at Rossendale. It won't necessarily be the best riding that will win the comp, the judges will be focusing on originality and fun. The winning team will win £100 cash, 1 x pair Oakley goggles, 1 x pair Skullcandy headphones and their movie will be shown on the front page of the Salomon Grom Camp website over the christmas period.
